FAME Northwest Sees Building Upgrades

One of our many properties, FAME Northwest, received major upgrades to enhance the tenant experience. Improvements to the building include fresh exterior paint, replacing metal flushing and roof gutters, and other structural improvements. FAME Corporations Installs Energy Efficient Refrigerators for Low Income Tenants Through LADWP Exchange Program

Last Friday, FAME Corporations completed the installation of brand new, energy efficient residential refrigerators across several of its housing properties. All FAME Housing Complexes Now Smoke-Free Thanks to New Voluntary Policy.

Residents of FAME Housing’s apartment complexes now enjoy smoke-free air thanks to the efforts of FAME’s Tobacco Team and the Residential Voluntary Smoking Reduction Program.
